It seems like education standard of the state is rising or falling? Well, this has to be decided by the people but according to the learned persons of the Himachal Pradesh High Court and the University it has been declared that from the current session i.e.
(2012-2013); a student failing in any of the subject strictly means that he has got a year-back. He would be allowed to move to the next standard if and only if he passes all the subjects completely.
This policy goes for all the schools/colleges/institutes that are under HPU and if any denial would be seen in the future regarding the order, the concerned Director/Chairperson/Principals would be asked for the same. Although the decision has been made according to the welfare of the students but meanwhile it is a matter of complete one year loss. So the reaction of the people would determine the consequences of such decision.
